I have learned with doing this program now 4 times that’s it’s okay to be uncomfortable in your journey. I have learned that I am enough for myself and that I myself have to show up for me first despite my brokenness. My story doesn’t define who I am. It has molded me into someone who is capable of so many amazing things. To anyone reading this, trust the process. I promise you it’s worth it! Much love goes to Summit.
