Korean Online My Story Workshop 5/14/2022
I realized that God is waiting for me and willing to bring healing. He is a good father, and He wants to give the best to his daughter.

My father gave my family such a hard time. I did not like him, but I already forgave him. Through Summit I realized that I did not like mom either who was a victim. Somehow, I hated her too. During the Summit program, I had chance to see mom’s photo, and for the first time in my life I saw how beautiful she was. I did not like when people told me I looked my mom, but God showed me my heart. I feared my life would be the same as mom’s, that’s why I did not like her. God showed me who I am in Christ and it gave me so much freedom. I began to love my mom and now I am so happy hear that I look like her. God brought so much freedom and let me see myself in Him. I felt God ask me to give all my burdens and wounds to Him. I can totally trust Him as my father and God. I have so much expectation that I will be released from all Satan’s lies. I am so happy to see how God will bring so much more freedom to me. He is the only source of joy and freedom in my life.

At the group time I did not know how to share, so I just shared whatever I wanted to. Others in the small group really showed compassion to me about my story. They helped me to see God’s heart. It was the first time that I experienced how my story could bring hope and healing others.

Summit was the first time I could see that God is in control of everything. He is the one who leads and runs the program. I could feel how the leadership and the Summit family prayed for new people. I felt the strong power of prayer. The Holy Spirit worked in us so powerfully, and He touched our heart so deeply. I never thought about if there was bitterness inside of me. I think the Summit family’s prayer in God’s heart led us to walk into freedom. Thank you for praying for us with love from God.

I really hope more and more people join this program so that they can also walk into freedom and hope like me.

From the first moments, God showed me how I was deceived by Satan’s lies. The Holy Spirit strongly stirred my heart to give me freedom. I could see what the truth is and what lies I believed, and it gave me freedom that I have never experienced before. I was always afraid of failing, but through Summit I am not afraid anymore because no matter what God is with me. I planned to open a new business but through Summit I want to seek His Kingdom first. I also realized that my prayer was not what God wants from me. I hunger to know more about Him and pray so I can bring his kingdom into the world, not just my life.

I will keep joining this program because I know this is the beginning to what God wants to show me. I want to see more and more through Summit. I am amazed how God led me into this wonderful program. It is my honor to join this program and be part of the Summit family.

God is righteous, and He has so much love for his people. He is with the humble and God loves those who have nothing.

At some point I did not like to see myself in the mirror and I did not like to meet people. Through the leader’s facial expressions, God made me feel peace. It seems like even the leaders’ lives are also not easy, but their laugh and tears made it alright to be myself. I do not need to wear a fake mask when I meet people.

Through our small group I was encouraged to respond to God right away, so I could visit my stepmom. I did not see her after my father passed away. I knew she waited for me, but I did not want to see her. It was the first time I shared my life and the small group really cared for me. If they did not help me, I would not visit her. I visited her the next day of the Summit program and it set me free. After I visited her, I could sleep really well and was so happy when I woke up. I feel I am a new creation from God. In my hometown no one believes in Jesus as their savior. I trust, since I visited stepmom, that God goes with me to my hometown and He will bring Himself to my hometown people!

As I joined Summit more and more, I could feel that Christians really love others and we bring hope to each other. Being a Christian is good and sets us free from all our lies and wounds. Through my small group I saw that I complained a lot about my life. There are so many people who have wounds, but they keep giving thanks to God. I have never seen this from others. Christians have so much power in the love of Christ.

It is my honor to join Summit. There is so much truth and peace. Whenever I see leadership, I feel God is real and He is love. I want to pray for leadership, so I need to learn how to pray. I want to talk and pray to God, so please teach me how to pray. I will join Summit every time because it brings me so much peace, more than I have ever experienced before.

It was the time with God and the pastor who showed me how much God loves and cares for me. I am not alone and I want to be part of the Summit family. I love how my small group cared for me and prayed for me. I have some problems, but they still are willing to pray for me. I see it is the love of God. I have always known and believed God from my head, but Summit makes me love God from my heart. It gave me so much hope. It is my honor to join this program. I feel so much thanks!

When someone invited me to Summit, I was not happy about it because I was satisfied with my faith. From the 1st day I felt the presence of the Holy Spirit. I can’t express with my words, but I love Summit so much. It gave me so much freedom and I love how leadership respects each other and serves us in one Spirit. After the 1st Summit program, I asked forgiveness to my friend who invited me. It was an amazing time in my life. The 2nd time also set me free and made me love God from my deep heart. I love to be part of the Summit family because I think we need to pray for leadership so that they keep walking with us in Father God.

As I joined Summit more and more, it made me love and serve church with the love we experienced from leadership. Through Summit I learn so much truth about God and it makes me keep running to my Father God who always gives us the best things. I trust God and love God more and more. Summit has so much power because it is love.

I attended a church for so many years and have experienced so many programs at church. My life was always the same and there was no big difference. When I joined Summit, my life changed and my words changed, even though I did not try. I feel like I am just like God’s child who looks like her Father! Summit is not fancy, but it is very deep and there is much love. It makes us be more like God! I love Summit! And it is my honor to be a Summit family member!
