Reach Church Online My Story Workshop 3/20/2021
Thank you so much for leading this training, I’m getting so much from this. It’s tough, but going to help me identify a lot of lies the enemy has tried to convince me of. I love and appreciate your vulnerability.

Summit Initiative is an experience like no other. In almost 18 years of ministry and countless conferences, seminars, and training. I have never walked away feeling like huge leaps were taken in my faith journey. Sure, I felt equipped and empowered through some, but Summit Initiative helped me dig deeper than I had before into my most powerful and effective ministry tool. My story. Not just recalling the series of events but through the provided road map, connecting all the dots and un-surfacing emotions and trauma that I had in some ways minimized or outright ignored. I can’t emphasize enough how any Christ-follower can be so blessed and challenged through this training and find themselves in even a deeper understanding of Jesus and how our experiences are not in vain and all the hurt and pain have been redeemed and continue to be redeemed. You just have to know how to dig them up and be willing for God to use them like He never has before. Thank you for being shepherds of shepherds.

I wanted to thank you for such a moving and great experience this week. God has used you to move me towards some of the things I continue to struggle with, especially learning to trust people in the Church again. Being new to Reach Church and newly back to the fold, I’ve also been truly touched by your kindness, humor, and grace. So, thank you :)

Our group was halfway done by noon and ended up finishing around 2:30p : ) It was awesome. Freeing. Safe. Healing. There were several areas through sharing where we could all relate to each other in some way and empathize in our experiences. Responses were genuine, gracious, loving, and understanding. It was clear how timely this was for each of us.
